About the Role
The Senior System Engineer is responsible for ADAS Product Requirement management that includes requirements capture to
management of the entire life cycle of the Product development in line with Magna Process and tools.
Your Responsibilities
JOB FUNCTIONS (ESSENTIAL)• 10+ years of experience in Automotive ADAS system requirements elicitation and requirement analysis• Write the ADAS feature requirements based on regulatory standards like NCAP & NHTSA • Analyse requirements from customer and with the other stakeholders and cross functional area/Teams• Connect to customer understand the use cases and convert the use cases in to system requirements • Develop and categorize requirements of System, Hardware, Mechanical, Features, Software for ADAS product• Good knowledge of Requirements Management Tools (DOORS, Code Beamer, PTC)• Allocate requirements to the appropriate functions according to the System Architecture Design• Define a system architecture consistent with the technical requirements• Identify functions and elements required to achieve the use case(s)• Capture the system architecture, both model and document-based• Create a system FMEA to analyze the system [IQ-RM]• Work with system safety to develop safety concepts in order to achieve required functional safety• Manage system requirements change requests and vet the requirements • Define and document system interfaces and architecture• Assist with review of product and cross functional teams to ensure requirements standards are being met throughout product
development cycles• Clarify both customer and Internal cross functional teams on the system requirements and resolve the technical conflicts
related system requirements• Actively Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities• Identify strategic changes required• Good knowledge of systems, features, ADAS & VISION Systems (Camera, LIDAR, RADAR , Ultrasonic Sensors, DMS etc) • Good knowledge of automotive standard like A-SPICE • Good Knowledge on Enterprise Architect Tool. [Expertise in architecture modelling (Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, other)]• Establish the bidirectional traceability, Review and ensure end to end Traceability across various phases of development life
cycle.

Education/Experience• B.Tech/BE/ M.S/MTECH in Electrical/ E & C or Computer Engineering• At least 5+ years of working experience in Automotive Industry is must
Technical Knowledge• ADAS Systems components and subsystem functions knowledge • Good knowledge on Automotive functional Safety ISO-26262 Part 4, Part5, Part 6• Good knowledge on CAN and Automotive ethernet• Requirement elicitation knowledge with following
