All about the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. S&OE Supply Planner professional to join our team!
As Sr. Supply Planner, you will be responsible for defining factory production plans for a rolling 18-month period. Drive the creation of rough-cut capacity and SKU level planning within their product scope, optimizing service level and inventory availability while balancing working capital objectives as part of the overall S&OP process.
You will support the S&OP process through creation of the SKU-level supply plan and preparation of Supply Review meeting content and relevant production scenarios. The Sr. S&OP Supply Planner will also work closely with their S&OE Supply Planning partner to guide weekly production adjustments outside the frozen period and identify and communicate supply constraints to business partners while ensuring we have an optimal and executable plan.
What you’ll do:

Act as a leader and mentor within the Supply Planning team, providing support and guidance to fellow Supply Planners.

Develop rolling 18-month rough cut production plan and factory configuration that meets unrestricted demand plan for defined product/plant scope. When constraints identified, ensure feasible plan is built and communicate constraints to cross-functional partners.

Create rolling 18-month SKU level production plan that supports make-to-order and make-to-stock distribution requirements and ensure alignment with factory Master Scheduler.

Facilitate Supply Review meetings, including material preparation and presentation of supply plan and resulting impact on demand and inventory, to support decision making.

Facilitate weekly production adjustments based on S&OE weekly beat, adjusting product mix and communicating potential challenges supporting needs with existing factory configuration.

Minimize overstock, slow moving, and obsolete inventory while increasing service level.

Monthly Inventory review for assigned planning area (Stock Value, Performance to Plan, Slow Moving, Days of Stock) to support cash flow visibility and governance.

Execute NPI plans within supply plan to align with commercial triangle and Supply Chain NPI function.
Qualifications:
-
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.

4+ years of experience with advanced mathematical and forecasting tools such as statistical forecasting and/or supply planning systems (SAS, SAP, JDA).
Competencies required:

Highly analytical and ability to quickly process information.

High literacy in data applications and planning systems.

Structured approach to situations, coupled with good creative capacity and aptitude to juggle various options before taking a final decision.

Ability to collaborate and build relationships cross functionally, being open minded but assertive to bridge gaps for the best company result.

Able to take a large array of inputs from various functions and formulate a plan to provide high levels of service.

Able to define gaps in plan and provide forward awareness of challenges / opportunities.

Innate capability to quickly detect a trend within large amount of data.

Models customer obsession and continuous improvement through daily rigor and collaboration.
