Meet the team:
The Business Transformation Project Management team is comprised of diverse, collaborative and results-driven program and project managers. A key part of the Global Business Services function of Dexcom, the delivers value to customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of programs and projects that support the execution of strategy at a global, regional or functional level.
Where you come in:
- You will drive the successful delivery of multiple digital programs and projects, from initiation to completion while effectively collaborating with cross-functional cross-cultural teams.
- You will develop and implement frameworks and strategies for successfully managing the organization’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and governance on digital adoption and Gen AI
- You will provide strategic guidance, share best practices, and develop tools geared towards establishing Gen AI Center of Excellence and Gen AI services
- You will coach/mentor project managers and support our project manager development program.
What makes you successful:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in project management, digital transformation, innovation, Gen AI are preferred.
- You have proven experience in senior leadership roles overseeing PMO functions related to managing digital transformation/Gen AI portfolio
- You possess in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and relevant frameworks/processes are preferred (e.g. software development life cycle, quality assurance processes, product launch, etc.).
- You exhibit interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset.
- You can successfully balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- You can build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
- You have solid experience in driving process improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
- You are committed to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth.
- You are comfortable in using project management tools and software (e.g. Asana).

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
- At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.
