About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Full Stack Software Engineer with strong JavaScript and TypeScript foundations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React front-end development, advanced CSS skills, and Node.js microservices, plus experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. You'll be instrumental in our mission to create next-generation Agentic UIs that transform how users interact with supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications using React and TypeScript.

• Demonstrate CSS wizardry by creating sophisticated, performant, and visually compelling user interfaces with advanced CSS techniques (Grid, Flexbox, CSS variables, animations, etc.)

• Create innovative Agentic UIs that leverage AI capabilities to anticipate user needs, automate routine tasks, and provide intelligent recommendations.

• Implement back-end microservices with Node.js and TypeScript, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Build, configure, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth and automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability across different platforms and browsers.

• Ensure high code quality by writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to resolve bugs or bottlenecks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of professional work experience.

• Advanced CSS expertise including modern layout techniques, animations, transitions, and responsive design approaches.

• Experience developing intelligent, Agentic user interfaces that leverage AI/ML capabilities to enhance user experience.

• Experience with Agile development (Scrum, XM, or Kanban).

• Experience with DevOps methodologies.

• Proficient in developing distributed applications on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Proficient with Git and version control tools.

• Familiarity with design patterns and build tools (npm, Yarn, Gradle).

• Proficiency in React.js and related tools such as Redux, Context API, or React Query.

• Strong understanding of Node.js, including building RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.

• Experience with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with GitHub Actions.

The salary range for this position is: USD $99,207.62 – $143,896.18

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
