What You’ll Do :
• Assist the development of Archer's high fidelity aircraft simulators supporting validation and verification activities, handling quality evaluations, human factor evaluations and test pilot training.
• Work with internal groups and suppliers to integrate, instrument and maintain configuration of aircraft hardware and simulation models in a real-time, integrated hardware-in-the-loop environment.
• Build simulation models of systems and integrate them into the overall framework.
• Design and build graphical user interfaces to control the real-time simulation environment.
• Assist in the execution of test plans and test automation.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Computer Engineer or any occupation or job title in which 5 years of experience with developing and maintaining simulation models for Powertrain systems and developing graphical user interfaces was gained.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have knowledge of CAN and LIN protocols. Must be skilled in developing Hardware in the Loop, Software in the Loop and test environments.
