We are seeking dynamic and experienced Salesforce professionals to join our team in Aguascalientes. Depending on your expertise, you will either focus on Salesforce application development or provide senior-level support and maintenance for Salesforce CRM. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of delivering innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Utilize Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP) for seamless data integration and automation.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning components.
- Perform database manipulation with SOQL, SOSL, and DML.
- Ensure code quality through adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, designers) to deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents of varying complexity and address JIRA user stories as part of support and maintenance activities.
- Provide guidance to offshore teams, including mentoring and resolving complex issues.
- Host scrum calls and sprint planning sessions, offering leadership as a Scrum Master.
- Collaborate directly with clients to resolve issues, propose solutions, and coordinate efforts.
- Deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP).
- Familiarity with Apex classes, triggers, and save order of execution.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Java, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales and Service Clouds.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce configuration, customizations (including LWC), and integration.
- Strong capability to interpret client requirements and effectively communicate solutions.
- Proven experience collaborating with global teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
