Our Sales team here at Lattice is not your typical Sales team. Yes, we have quotas but we’re more than that. Our Sales team has heart, and we put our people first. This leadership role will be a critical member of the EMEA Leadership team, as well as a culture builder of our Sales team.

This is a unique leadership opportunity where you will play a major role in scaling our go-to-market function. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of sales culture, talent development, and overall revenue performance. You will work directly with our global sales leadership team and report to our VP / GM, EMEA.

We’re looking for a leader who incorporates empathy, integrity, and humility into a hands-on leadership style. We need a talented sales coach who listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams. As a Manager, you will help make key sales hires, set team goals, and motivate and coach Sales/Business Development Representatives (S/BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to reach their full potential.

What You Will Do

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a team of S/BDRs and AEs, hire/train new reps, mentor tenured reps and motivate the team to go above and beyond for our potential customers
  • Create a high energy, results-focused environment where reps love coming to work and feel they’re being developed towards their fullest potential
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with your peers in the US and cross functional teams globally

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Optimize existing and develop new strategies to drive pipeline, acquire new customers and cross-sell into our existing customers in EMEA and APAC
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Participate in key client meetings and negotiations to facilitate the closing of high-value deals
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to position products effectively

Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports and forecasts
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams 

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of sales management experience leading a top-performing Sales team (SaaS company above $100M of ARR strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS 
  • Demonstrated B2B experience selling into Small and Mid-Market segments
  • Experience in a closing role with both Inbound and Outbound motions 
  • Proven track record of over performance as both an IC and Manager 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and you love leading from the front
  • Strong communicator and story-teller

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience selling into or managing AEs in the HR Tech space
  • Experience working in a regional or satellite office
  • Experience selling with a formal Sales methodology (e.g.MEDDPICC, Sandler, etc.)

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is £81,000 - £101,250. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.

This position is also eligible for variable compensation of £81,000 - £101,250 or 50% of on target earnings (OTE) subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
