We are seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales Executive to lead the growth and launch of our new RenoAdvisor offering. You’ll be the face of a game-changing renovation product, working with highly qualified homeowners eager for guidance. Your job is to help homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their potential projects and take the next steps in their Renovation journey. We’re redefining how homeowners approach renovations. 


You’ll join a team that’s eliminating the typical frustrations homeowners face by providing guidance earlier than ever, and developing practical solutions to set up their renovation projects for success. We are the Homeowner’s greatest advocate! This role allows you to make a greater impact, helping hundreds of Homeowners successfully renovate their homes.

You’re a seasoned sales professional with deep construction knowledge and a passion for helping people navigate complex construction projects. You know how to build trust quickly by demonstrating your expertise—whether it’s explaining how to identify a load-bearing wall, estimating project costs, or walking homeowners through their project timeline. You’re confident, personable, and thrive in roles where you’re the go-to expert. You’re excited by the opportunity to work with a steady stream of qualified leads, allowing you to focus on what you do best: guiding homeowners to successful outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they take the first steps toward their renovation projects.
  • Meet homeowners at their properties to understand their renovation goals, budget, and timeline. You’ll earn their trust through expert guidance, demonstrating how to navigate potential challenges and offering practical solutions and paths forward. 
  • As the primary point of contact for homeowners, you will be the liaison between them and your team of spatial designers and pre-construction experts helping you deliver tailored renovation roadmaps complete with designs and detailed cost estimates.
  • Focus on helping homeowners start their renovation journey while contributing to revenue growth by helping them match with our network of Pros and financing products. 
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to multiply every lead into more referrals and create a network of happy homeowners who feel confident and excited about moving forward with their projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of sales experience in construction, home renovation, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and terminology. I.e. assess whether a wall is load-bearing, identify where MEP systems run through a home… 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Local to San Jose or the South Bay area, with established connections in the community preferred. Need to be able to drive locally to go on site visits 5 days a week.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
