Sr Safety Specialist

 
As Sr Safety Specialist, you provide support to the Fulfillment Center Operations team and execution of implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across TechStyle Fulfillment Centers.

The role will report to the Manager of Safety. 

 
What you will be doing: 

• Serve as a designated Safety representative for the Fulfillment Centers coordinating and implementing OSHA and company initiatives in accordance with Federal and State law 

• Facilitate incident investigation process 

• Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities through the conduct of daily, weekly and monthly audits 

• Perform Safety Training  

• Provide (or facilitate access to) immediate aid for associates, visitors, vendors, or guests that need assistance, or medical attention 

• Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures to management, including ergonomic considerations, in all such efforts 

• Limited travel between local fulfillment centers 

What you can bring: 

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• Experience with OSHA regulations, California OSHA.  

• PIT experience  

• Regulated Waste experience 

• Leadership experience 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint.  

• Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives 

• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external partners to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus 

• Ability to analyze data, processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns 

• Maintain confidentiality in matters involving personnel 

Preferred Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in business or safety 

• First Aid and CPR certifications 

• OSHA record keeping

The salary for this position is from $21/hr to $26/hr. The range provided includes the salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
