Compensation: 6 500 - 8 000 USD per month (B2B)

Depending on your experience and skills, you may join one of the teams working on the fintech functionalities of our application or become part of the Platform Team.
- Joining one of the Fintech Teams, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary engineering team on one of our fintech, client-facing functionalities.
- Joining the Platform Team, you will collaborate directly with several software development teams across the organization to conceive, develop, and refine our core web applications. You will possess a unique ability to design and refine complex software architectures that enable the scaling of our core infrastructure.

🚀 What you'll be doing
- Design, develop and deploy features for Housecall Pro’s core web applications in React/Redux
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Work with product management to refine initial concepts features that deliver customer delight
- Build and execute a high velocity of smart, highly performant A/B tests to increase business metrics
- Identify and correct browser compatibility problems and ensure UX designs are properly translated to responsive solutions across a wide range of device resolutions
- Continually introduce architectural improvements and refactorings to the code baseline
- Write automated tests at the appropriate architectural level
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews for features developed by other members of the team
- Lead feature teams in their weekly iterations
- Maintain and improve our continuous integration and development environments
🚀 Join us if you have:
- 7 - 10 years of industry experience developing commercial React/Redux applications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering program, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript
- Data-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and an eye for design
- Experience with JavaScript development tools and libraries
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect React applications to back-end services
- Applied experience with Material Design
- Proficient understanding of Git
- Strong proficiency with continuous integration/continuous deployment
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Back-end experience (commercial or non-commercial, Ruby on Rails preferred) - nice to have
🚀 Additionally (if you’re interested in joining the Platform Team specifically)
- Can communicate and work independently with engineering leaders and architects to see through large epics
- Strong proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
- Experience with frontend monorepo tooling and/or Micro Frontend architecture
- Proficiency with researching and evaluating solutions in terms of long-term results
- Deep understanding of sharing and enforcing good code quality standards across the organization
- Good understanding of web performance and responsiveness of applications

- Commercial experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails
- Experience with MaterialUI
