Your Impact
The Sr R&D Engineer will innovate across spatial computing projects, rapidly prototyping architectures, interface mechanisms, and software solutions using generative AI, large language models, structured data integration, and MLOps best practices.
This role blends software, hardware, and IoT technologies to create next-generation human-computer interactions in 3D environments.
By exploring domain-adapted LLM solutions, high-performance inference pipelines, and responsible AI techniques, the Sr R&D Engineer will deliver cutting-edge research prototypes to set new standards for immersive, intuitive, data-driven shopping experiences.
What you will do
Rapidly prototype and refine generative AI- and LLM-driven solutions for spatial computing projects.
Convert LLM outputs into structured, actionable data and integrate them into APIs and downstream systems.
Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput performance.
Implement MLOps, CI/CD, and container orchestration for efficient, scalable deployments.
Adapt LLMs to retail-specific contexts, ensuring responsible AI practices and compliance.
Collaborate with other engineers and researchers to prototype hardware and software solutions, experiments, and concepts.
Develop mechanisms, control algorithms, and models to build effective project plans.
Communicate and partner regularly with designers, producers, and artists to design automated features and improve their efficiency and quality of work.
