Reporting to the Quality Manager you as a Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible to Provides quality assurance support to ensure products are designed, procured, and manufactured according to customer and organizational quality requirements. Provides leadership for new systems development, implementation, procedures, and any related quality activity. Supplements customer quality engineer role by investigating and responding to customer complaints. Applies problem-solving methodology to identify and implement long-term solutions to a variety of problems.
About the job:

Recommends and coordinates appropriate corrective action to customer and vendor quality problems. Works with representatives from a variety of functional and cross-functional groups on multiple shifts, customers, or vendor contacts. Ensures all issues are resolved with permanent solutions in a timely manner.

Oversee quality assurance processes for all PCB assembly operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) and customer requirements.

Monitor and report on key quality metrics (e.g., yield rates, defect rates, customer complaints) to local management, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Applies data analysis techniques to internal rejection data and recommends focused projects to prevent and/or eliminate sources of defects or difficulties in assembly through Lean Six Sigma projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements.

Execute quality best practices and problem-solving techniques.

About you:

Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.

English Fluency 90%

Two to five years of experience.

Knowledge of engineering practices.

Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.

Advanced knowledge in MS Office/ Autocad.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong communication skills.

High attention to detail.

Knowledge of line balancing, standard work, material flows Knowledge of core tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA)

Project management and administration.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, basic knowledge of the Six Sigma methodology.
