Your Role at Baxter

As a Senior Project Manager , you will beesponsible for managing, developing and delivering the US Distribution Network transformation project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality project execution, strengthening the service model to our customers and patients, while improving total delivered profit. The Project Manager brings strong change management leadership, project and resource management, and communications and collaboration skills. The role requires leadership and partnership with key stakeholders across the organization

What you'll be doing

  • Establish a comprehensive project plan with timelines and resource allocations.

  • Define and track project milestones (scope / schedule / budget), ensuring adherence.

  • Manage project risks and issues and ensure effective communications.

  • Ensure execution of project deliverables in accordance with plans.

  • Develop project RACI, stakeholder map and communications plan to drive ownership and efficient communications.

  • Identify and utilize internal and external best-demonstrated practices.

  • Embrace and promote continuous improvement methodologies.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8 – 10 years’ experience of Project Management in Supply Chain/Operations relating to: Warehouse and Distribution, Customer Services, Environmental, Health and Safety. Quality Management or Financial Management

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience driving diverse and dynamic teams.

  • Proven skills/experience in leading cultural transformation.

  • Drives results with urgency and accountability.

  • Solid financial and business acumen.

  • Learns quickly and adapts to change; high level of situation adaptability to manage ambiguity.

  • Has a strategic mindset and demonstrates courage to act and to fail fast and move forward.

  • Collaborates, drives engagement and values differences.

  • Can assess operational risks related to supply chain execution and recommend mitigation plans.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 - $176,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a long-term incentive .
