Title: Sr Project Manager

What You’ll Do
As an advanced professional in this field, a Senior Project Manager uses high level of expertise to plan and implement assigned R&D product development projects or programs and keeping them on schedule from start through project completion. This position will manage all activities in the project timeline, monitoring output from cross-functional project team members and determining best course of action for project complications that pose a challenge to deliverables.
- Carry out and maintain project plans, timelines, agendas, budgets, resourcing requirements, rolling summaries and other tools required to facilitate planning and coordination of deliverables for multiple R&D projects.
- Proactively facilitate communication among internal and external members of a project team to ensure effective, accurate and timely collaboration across functional areas and serve as a primary point of contact for work and communication flow. Oversee activities in writing of reports or presentations.
- Develop project tracking tools/mechanisms for monitoring progress of key deliverables and project dossier, and problem solve with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles.
- Ensure timely completion of project’s design control deliverables.
- Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity and quality goals ensuring alignment and standardization across projects and/or functions.
- Perform risk analysis activities and develop product testing plans and protocols; set up and run product testing and protocols in accordance with project plans.
- Research and recommend vendor and material choices for product.
- Prioritize and manage multiple, often competing deliverables, prepare and deliver status reports.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of increasingly responsible project management experience in the medical device industry; or a combination of education/training and experience.
- Strong knowledge and exposure to product testing and data collection.
- Solid working knowledge of project management tools and resources.
- Experience working under quality systems designed to meet governmental regulations such as FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and the MDD.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory standards that apply to specific product/project.
- Familiar with Design Control procedures and requirements.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) required.
- Ability to work independently or in team setting required.
- Must be able to travel to support project goals as required.

Salary Range: $149,000 – 169,000 annually
