Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Implementation to lead critical projects within the internal services and HR consulting domain. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance, private implementations, and acquisition-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead SOX implementation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.

Identify and manage interaction points across various departments to streamline SOX-related activities.

Oversee acquisition-related activities and integrate SOX compliance requirements effectively.

Implement private compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and internal audit teams, to drive successful project outcomes.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is highly desirable.

Proven experience in SOX compliance and implementation projects.

Experience with interaction point management and acquisition-related projects.

Strong background in private implementation within internal services or HR consulting industries.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
