Get to know the role
- Job Title: Sr. Project Manager - TCG Production
- Job Summary: Responsible to oversee planning, implementation and tracking of Global TCG (Trading Card Game) production project allocation and tracking. Works closely with all TCG co-manufacturers, sales, logistics and S&OP to balance production capability of capacity and technical capabilities and on time project completion.

What you’ll do
- Define project goals, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics while balancing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, logistics, S&OP, product development) and external co-manufacturers to align project objectives with business priorities.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project progress and adapt work as required to ensure project success.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage stakeholder communication through regular status updates, issue escalation, and feedback loops. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, risk assessments, and lessons learned. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
What you’ll bring
- Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Proven working experience as a project strategist or project manager.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) or relevant work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $127,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year. The full range is $127,000.00 - $191,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
