Role Overview


Plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing administrative and logistical support to the Consulting team. They are responsible for coordinating project activities, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that select project documentation is up to date and accessible. This role involves facilitating customer communications and engagement. Helps prepare reports, maintain project management tools, and ensure that all tasks are aligned with project goals and deadlines. By managing the day-to-day details, the Sr. Project Coordinator enables the project team to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes to clients. Has deep system and departmental knowledge and can train and guide more junior employees in like role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the project and program reporting and review by creating and generating reports as needed.
  • Prepare moderately complex documents such as reports using a variety of applications.  Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
  • Assist in collecting and recording data on Consulting Team metrics.
  • Pull together project migration documentation and handle the sign off workflow of projects.
  • Assist with updating documents to track resource forecasts and resource.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Data generation skills including graphical
  • Advanced Smartsheet skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Convenience store or retail experience is a plus
