WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Provide guidance and leadership that aligns with the philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives.

Develop metrics to determine and evaluate the program's success.

Consult with business stakeholders to design and scope solutions, capturing and preparing project intake, documenting business decisions, managing risks and scope, and updating customers on progress.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data and analytics program.

Lead critical initiatives, including intake and requirement processes, data and KPI standardization.

Provide end-user enablement and support, including high-touch customer service, communications, and the creation of reusable knowledge assets such as documentation and training content.

Develops and promotes master data management strategy across data domains and platforms.

Establish and lead virtual teams of clinical, business, and information services staff from across the Franciscan ministry to drive consensus on data and analytical needs and priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Bachelor's Degree
-
Required Master's Degree, In Lieu of degree, 10 years of experience required

10+ years Working with senior leadership and leading cross-functional efforts in the areas of business analysis, process improvement, and requirements management Required

3 years One or more of the following required - master data domains (provider, location, person), healthcare workflows, data warehouses, and quality standards. Required

5 years Project management and/or Agile scrum development Required
-
5 years SQL, database development, and support tools like Excel, Access Required

3 years Data Governance experience in the areas of data stewardship, data quality, and/or metadata management set up and implementation Required

Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute Project/program management certification
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:
Never or RarelyJOB RANGE:Senior Data and Analytics Program Manager $100,588.80- $138,320INCENTIVE:This position is eligible for shift pay for eligible shifts, and call pay for qualified on-call hours
