About the Opportunity:

As a (Sr.) Product Manager, you will lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality results and feature adoption. You will recommend product features, develop and launch new products, and work closely with R&D, marketing, and business teams. Your role involves analyzing product performance and strategizing market and customer approaches. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in product development/management, including at least 1 year in the crypto industry, a graduate degree in engineering, business management, or marketing, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with APP product management and web technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature development and adoption, planning and execution for quality results.
• Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product features by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or changes; and writing product requirement documents.
• Evolving, developing, and launching new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with key stakeholders.
• Working with R&D teams for product development with clear product specs and usage models.
• Working with marketing and business teams for strategizing, planning, and execution of market and customer strategies and is responsible for delivering the results to meet business demands.
• Assessing, summarizing, and analyzing the performance of company products on the client side for improvement.

Requirement:

• Must have 3+ years of product development/management experience in SW/web-based applications/APP within at least 1 year of experience in the Crypto industry.
• APP product management experience is a great plus.
• A graduate degree in engineering, business management, or marketing is required.
• Excellent networking and motivation skills, especially with regard to engineering team collaboration and customer engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Experience in writing product requirement documents,
• Good understanding of Web application technologies and related tools.
