Job Description:
This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Supply Chain team, where our mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald's works. We provide best-in-class foundational technology products and services enabling and supporting a Global Indirect Modernization program (GI Mod). This role specifically will be focused on Source to Pay. The functionality will be built using SAP Ariba software with intergration to Icertis for CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) working with our System Integration team.
Reporting to the Director of Global Technology Supply Chain and collaborating closely with the entire technology leadership team, the Senior Product Manager will anticipate and manage the strategic and tactical needs of the team. You will work with various global partners and stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, and markets, as well as internal teams responsible for security, platform, and data management. This role is crucial in driving outcomes for the Supply Chain Global Indirect Modernization program, managing agile product and process improvements, enhancing user experience and adoption, and ensuring alignment with both Global and Market Supply Chain teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to help shape and champion the transformation of our current Global Indirect Modernization practices and standards for the entire McDonald's environment on a global scale.

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 - $190,310 per year

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; Agile Certifications preferred (e.g. PSM, CSM, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 6 - 8 years' experience required; project management experience required with leading projects.
• Experience with SAP Ariba software
• Icertis software experience a plus
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Agile Scrum Practices.
• Coaches' client team(s) on effective consulting for projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and manner to senior management stakeholders.
• Direct experience working in an Agile team, preferred Scrum Master.
• Ability to create presentations and status reporting for senior leadership.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple key business priorities.
• Project budgeting/costing expertise.
