About the role

The LTK Data Science team is vital to our Central Technology mission, contributing significantly to the company's data-driven transformation. As a collaborative and strategic unit, we work across departments to shape and implement data science strategies that drive innovation and enhance the LTK platform. Our team plays a key role in powering data insights, influencing decision-making, and helping propel LTK’s growth and technological evolution.

We seek a Senior Technical Product Manager who will help drive Data Science strategy decisions, communicate work throughout the company, and work closely with the Data Science Engineering Manager. We thrive in an extremely dynamic environment, focusing relentlessly on the needs of our different customers (brands, creators, and consumers which make up the three core business units). We seek thought partners who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver quality solutions rapidly.

How you will make an impact

  • Own the strategy of leveraging data science across the organization to meet company objectives.
  • Define short and long-term product roadmap, owning processes for intake, prioritization, update, and reporting.
  • Drive collaborative, cross-team product development with engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • Define and implement analytics to drive a data-driven decision-making process, maintaining and managing the life cycle of experiments and the cycle of customer data-driven improvement
  • Set ambitious goals, tracking and report progress and take accountability for executing to plan
  • Define key metrics to track success and prioritize features. Help plan and run A/B testing.
  • Be the voice of the customer through direct contact, collaboration with marketing and business
  • Clearly and concisely communicate to executives, teams, and stakeholders
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for personas relevant to the product line, leading strategy and execution in partnership with other teams and strategic partners.

What you will bring to LTK

  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Manager experience, with at least 2 years in Data Science / ML required 
  • Excellent Statistical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistics, A/B testing, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL)
  • Technical Tools & Infrastructure: Knowledge of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and visualization tools
  • Relevant agile software development with a proven track record of delivering successful customer-facing site features and improvements
  • Deep understanding of, and empathy for users
  • Experienced in Project management software (Jira, Shortcut, etc.) and able to transition projects seamlessly from executive scope conversation to the executable backlog for engineering teams. 
  • Ability to lead, inspire, project manage, drive, and get things done in a startup environment
  • Must have powerful interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and develop internal and external relationships; collaborating across multiple business and technology functions, relationship building, and consensus building are essential
  • AWS, Azure, etc experience a plus
  • Experience with building personalization, user-facing a plus
