As a Sr. Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping world-class advertising experiences that connect customers with the brands they love. You'll transform high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive designs, addressing complex problems with polished solutions. Utilizing a broad range of design skills, you'll craft experiences that delight our customers, shoppers, and retailers. Collaboration with research, product, data science, engineering, and content strategy teams will drive end-to-end solutions that are functional, usable, and lovable.

About the Job
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our advertising platform
- Translate high-level concepts into functional user interfaces
- Solve complex problems with creative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, create and test concepts
- Deliver end-to-end solutions that are delightful and impactful
- Develop and utilize design systems in Figma
- Enhance visual design whilst ensuring WCAG accessibility standards
- Conduct basic research and define user challenges
- Partner closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate design rationale effectively and contribute storytelling skills to project presentations
About You
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in consumer products or advertising
- You have experience working with design systems on Figma
- You have strong visual design craftsmanship and good understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
- You can conduct basic research, define challenges for the user, and design solutions in the form of user flows
- You pride yourself on unparalleled collaboration and communication skills and you look forward to partnering with PMs, engineers, designers to create beautiful products in a fast-paced, constantly evolving Consumer facing environment
- You can build a strong rationale for design decisions and articulate perspective to the team
- You are an excellent storyteller and communicator
- You are always willing to roll up your sleeves and chip in to help move a project forward – you like to move quickly and drive towards impact
- You are able to operate with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with motion design and animation, especially for prototypes for presentations or user research
- Experience designing past consumer facing ad experiences, especially ones with video or interactive experiences
