This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Los Angeles, CA to be considered. Please note, that we do not currently offer relocation support of any kind at this time.
The Senior Producer is a key part of the BASIC/DEPT® team and provides support to various clients and to turn a vision into real-world execution. You will lead the creation of high-valued digital experiences that inspire, educate and convert consumers. You’re obsessed with the latest in internet advancements and technology and are prepared to take a leadership role in our client's overall digital presence across all products. You are leadership-focused, detail-oriented, excellent at collaborating and multitasking, and eager to guide a team to make things come to life.
This special someone will regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment and will know what's happening, what comes next, and where things need to be at all times. Activities will include launching products, support of marketing initiatives and innovative digital experience. You bring a proven track record of best-in-class delivery, measured marketing, and development engagement. You will be dealing with multiple personality types, and need to be able to adapt based on the person you are working and communicating with.
In your role, you will report to an Executive Director of Production and will support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of these activities and assisting with meeting the short and long-term objectives of the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage mid-sized and large systematic projects with budgets up to $2 million.
- Work with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements, and provide interactive marketing insights and strategy.
- Define the approach, structure and scope (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget) of complex digital, interactive, and brand projects, with multiple work streams.
- Liaise with assigned partners and manage third party vendors.
- Ensure the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget, on brief and of the highest quality.
- Serve as primary client contact for projects, managing expectations and proactively identifying business growth opportunities.
- Lead internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives.
- Experience and deep understanding with user experience, visual and motion design, design systems, prototyping, digital content production, technology and online campaigns.
- Travel as necessary for client engagements and general business purposes.
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital project management with at least 5 years of experience independently leading complex projects
- Experience managing singular digital production engagements of $1 million or more
- You’re strategic - you have the ability to communicate high-level concepts and overall business direction
- You’re innovative - you put forth new solutions that break ground in digital interaction
- You’re results-oriented - you have a proven track record of delivering results
- You’re collaborative - you collaborate easily with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to inspire, support and understand the interplay between people, clients, processes and systems
- Attention to detail and an ongoing drive for perfection
- Working effectively with creative, development, and cross functional teams
- Familiarity with internet communication platforms and technologies, particularly HTML5 and mobile
- Interactive agency experience or digital production experience within a full-service agency is preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $107,300 - $155,600. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
