You will:

Primary Account Owner for our strategic partner(s) development
-
Through cross-org collaboration, design and deliver new workflows, tests, and POCs for our partner(s), and make recommendations for new use cases

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LiveRamp products
-
Ongoing support and optimization of LiveRamp products
-
Monitoring and tracking the progress of implementations and communicating with internal teams
-
Managing multiple client implementations and projects at the same time
-
Work to educate, pitch, and drive adoption of our partner(s) to use the new integrations and opportunities and ensure that we are meeting both internal and partner goals

Responsible for QBR planning, holistic account strategy, and cross-team collaboration with larger account team

Industry Leadership

Develop and maintain robust relationships with the largest marketers in the industry. You’ll be seen as a data collaboration expert who can help advise these marketers on how LiveRamp helps them today and areas for future collaboration. You’ll be able to represent LiveRamp at various customer events, conferences, and trade shows

Responsibilities & Duties:

Support our partner to create a pitch, deliver a presentation, and a successful implementation

Provide technical expertise and guidance to our partner(s) throughout the sales process
-
Work closely with local and multiple global stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of our solutions
-
Give customized demos of our products and features and train our partner(s) when needed
-
Run regular & adhoc meetings such as use case workshops for our partner(s) to be able to deliver a successful sales result
-
Identify and unblock strategic paths to success
-
Act as a subject matter expert on our products and solutions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
Required qualification :
-
5+ years of relevant work experience in adtech/martech/consulting space
-
Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
-
Technical acumen
-
Excellent communication skills to interact with several internal teams and communicate technical concepts both in English and Japanese
-
Willingness and ability to self-educate (ie, ability to identify gaps in knowledge and fill them independently)

Ability to work with cross-functional teams, particularly supporting Partner Experience, Marketing, and Product
-
Familiarity with Clean Room solutions, Measurement and/or Collaboration use cases will be an advantage
-
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL will be an advantage
