Your Role
We are looking for a paid search lead to help continue scaling O Positiv’s Google search channels. This individual will have demonstrated success in driving creative SEM customer growth, scaling campaigns 2-3x, and developing data-driven insights to improve conversion while achieving CAC targets. The role will largely own the process for development, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of SEM. They will work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to develop SEM strategy. Responsibilities will include formulating campaign structure, testing keyword bidding strategies, setting targets, writing copy, and managing day to day performance.
We are looking for someone who is hyper-analytical and data-obsessed, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate can assist in day to day management and execution as well as help own the performance & strategy of search. As the Paid Search Senior Analyst you’ll be responsible for staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against sharp KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture, is excited to meet aggressive goals, and has experience navigating Google Ads healthcare policy.
The Paid Search Lead reports to the Acquisitions Manager and will work cross-functionally within the organization to further expand paid search efforts while growing our brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with the Acquisitions Manager to drive development of Google paid search strategies to achieve marketing objectives, including lead generation, sales, and brand visibility.
- Own execution of campaign setup and optimization.
- Share performance analysis to drive continuous improvements and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Acquisitions Manager
- Conduct keyword research, suggest ad copy testing, and work with the e-commerce team on landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and create regular reports for internal stakeholders.
- Implement testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives with ecommerce team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and overall campaign KPIs to achieve optimal CPA/CAC
- Help identify opportunities for expanding campaign reach and growth through innovative tactics and audience targeting.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines set by Google and other advertising platforms.
- Assist the Acquisitions Manager in steering SEM international expansion.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- Experience in a an SEM focused role at a CPG Brand whose majority of revenue comes from ecommerce
- 2-3+ years required experience in paid search with track record of demonstrable scaling impact to business
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Looker
- Familiarity with keyword research & web analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to support product launches & collaborate on launch strategy with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets of $10M+ among a variety of product lines
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Interpersonal:
- Strong leadership & communication skills: ownership mentality with ability to collaborate with and listen to educate internal team members
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
- Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented

- Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience with Google Ads Scripts, basic SQL/Java, and performance report automation/dashboard creation is a plus
- Experience navigating healthcare and restricted drug terms policy preferred
- Understanding of conversion tracking & GTM a plus
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $90,000-$115,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

- Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
