What you will be doing:

Regional Marketing to manage MOSFET business.

To drive demand creation for MOSFET products in Taiwan.Within sub-Division guideline, communication, negotiation and quotation to customer/ Distribution enquiries on MOSFET to maximize Asia Market share and VMD.To increase the Operation Margin of MOSFET as well as to remain the division competitive in the industry.To develop the pricing strategy for MOSFET business within Sub-Divisions guidelines and to implement the price negotiation of MOSFET with sales.Initiate the new product development direction to Sub-divisional MOSFET MD base on market input and drive the new product launch & logistic to expand the business with Asia customers. Provide the promotion material to Asia sales force.Drive design-in activities and new business opportunity expansion for Asia. Update the competition status and new technology to Product Marketing/ MD group.Implement the monthly booking forecast as well as the next year revenue forecast of Taiwan MOSFET.What you will bring along:

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering
