Job Description
- Act as an MDM SME in large digital transformation journeys
- Build MDM solutions, custom or using an MDM tool like Informatica, Reltio, Oracle MDM, IBM MDM
- Build/implement Data governance to ensure Data quality of the MDM solution
- Familiar with Data Mesh architectures and ability to provision MDM solutions as Data products in a Data Mesh architecture
- Shape opportunities and create execution approaches throughout the lifecycle of client engagements
- Ensuring all deliverables are of high quality by setting development standards, adhering to the standards, and participating in code reviews
- Mentor, support, and manage team members
Qualifications
Your Skills and Experience:
- Programming: Hands on with Python, Spark/Pyspark, etc.
- Data Modeling: Proficiency in designing complex data models, including hierarchical, hub-and-spoke, and dimensional models.
- Data Pipelines: Hands on experience with Airflow for data pipelines
- Master Data Management Tools: Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM MDM, or Oracle MDM.
- Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles, data quality standards, and metadata management.
- Data Standardization: Defining and enforcing data standards, such as naming conventions, data formats, and data types.
- Data Integration: Integrating data from various sources into the MDM hub using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Data Enrichment: Enhancing master data with additional information, such as product specifications, customer preferences, or supplier ratings.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their integration with MDM solutions.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- API Design knowledge: For designing and developing APIs for data integration and consumption with MDM.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $97,000 - $178,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
