About the Role: Curaleaf is seeking a dynamic Sr Marketing Manager to lead omni-channel retail initiatives and brand strategies across the rapidly evolving cannabis market. This role is responsible for creating and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, ensure regulatory compliance, and elevate Curaleaf’s retail and product positioning. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data insights, the Senior Marketing Manager will lead retail teams, refine tactical approaches to strengthen brand loyalty, create cost-effective campaigns, grow market share, and enhance customer experiences. What You’ll Do: 

  • Design and implement state-wide marketing communications plans that align with Curaleaf’s brand voice and business objectives.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, email, print, and in-store promotions, to drive consistent customer engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to state specific cannabis laws and regulations, collaborating closely with compliance and legal teams to maintain compliance and uphold brand integrity.
  • Partner with sales, operations, product development, and retail teams to create cohesive messaging and seamless customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality, on-brand assets and materials.
  • Leverage market research, consumer insights, and campaign analytics to iterate and refine marketing tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data informed decisions and test marketing strategies across omni-channel campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and leading conversion driven automation drip campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition, retention, and brand sentiment.
  • Develop compelling brand narratives and content strategies that highlight product benefits, address consumer needs, and position Curaleaf as a trusted leader in the cannabis market.


 What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the retail, healthcare, or regulated industries. 
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing cross-functional work teams.
  • Familiarity with Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri and North Dakota cannabis regulations or a willingness to quickly learn and adapt communications strategies to remain compliant.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and project management software.
  • Strong command of digital marketing channels (social media, email, paid advertising, content management).
  • Experience with Dutchie and/or Sweed is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate insights and strategies into compelling storytelling.
  • Demonstrated history of building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working at matrixed organizations and publicly traded, highly regulated industries.
  • Comfortable interpreting data to inform decisions, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, taking initiative to solve challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Cannabis experience is a plus.
