Workplace Experience is LiveRamp’s trusted workplace partner who creates and operates unique spaces powered by measurement and analytics. We enable our community to achieve their goals, provide engagement opportunities, and fuel our company’s growth.
We’re looking for a passionate leader within our People & Culture (P&C) team. This team is responsible for the spaces, experiences, programs, and processes that ensure each of our global offices are among the most energizing, fun, and productive workplaces in the world.
You will oversee a growing team responsible for Workplace Programs, Office Services, and Events & Engagement. You will direct and coordinate with our important Workplace vendors and partners around the globe, as well as partner with stakeholders internally across LiveRamp, while most importantly serving your clients (LiveRamp Employees)! This individual will be a champion of LiveRamp’s new way of working, and will assist in creating and implementing programs that are inclusive and accessible to our agile workforce.
The Workplace Experience team at LiveRamp is at the forefront of the work evolution, and we are looking for a hard-working and ambitious thought leader that will help us create the workplace of the future.
You will:

Program manage and execute Workplace programs and amenities, including but not limited to: Food and Beverage offerings, Guest and Visitor Services, Remote Offerings, Swag, Wellness Initiatives, and Events & Engagement.

Manage the day to day workplace office operations; reception, mail, and maintenance supplies.

Maintain the Workplace Experience internal intranet site as well as facilitate the Workplace session for new employee onboarding.

Lead & Manage all Site Leads across our Global Portfolio (SF, NYC, Seattle, London, Paris, Little Rock, Nantong, & Hyderabad) including; team development, coaching, task delegation, resource management, communication, goal setting, performance tracking, building team culture, feedback and recognition, administrative responsibilities, etc.

Support the Workplace Experience team OKRs and KPIs in line with LiveRamp’s company OKRs and build a high performing team with the highest levels of hospitality and service.

Ensure the workplace experience aligns with the company’s brand and culture; will include organizing special events and introducing elements that reinforce company values.

Support the Real Estate & Facilities team as needed on maintenance or capital projects.

Manage vendor relationships, enforcing exceptional service and cost efficiency, as well as maintain associated contracts and payments and evaluate term renewals.

Prepare and manage forecasting and budgets for Global Workplace Programs. Analyze financial data and manage budgets to drive cost savings and maximize ROI on workplace investments.

Conduct surveys or interviews to gather feedback on the workplace environment and employee satisfaction, as well as events, using that data to make improvements.

Commit to LiveRamp’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging goals and look for opportunities within your work streams.

Plan and execute internal company events such as milestone events (holiday party, SummerRamp), team-building activities & offsites, celebrations (i.e. cultural initiatives, holidays), town halls, or office openings. This may include traveling to other offices to execute.

Track event success by measuring attendance, engagement, feedback, and overall ROI, using the insights to improve future events.

Manage and assist each office Site Lead with local event execution, strategy, and resources on any in-office or virtual events.

Assist with external events such as client meetings, conferences, and networking events when needed.

Collaborate with various departments within LiveRamp, including People & Culture, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance, to drive significant business results and forge robust partnerships.
About you:

Over 8-10 years of experience in workplace management/operations, facilities, preferably within fast-paced, global tech environments. A track record of impactful contributions, savings and innovation is essential.

A strategic, operational leader adept in change management, process and procedure.
-
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for decision-making and influencing diverse stakeholder groups to achieve business goals. Experience delivering presentations to C level executives.

A strong passion for leading and nurturing high-performing teams and fostering talent development. Minimum management experience of no less than 6 direct reports.

Proven expertise in system implementation, process improvements, vendor management, and project execution.

Up to 35% travel may be required.

Extraordinary People Management skills and inclination towards people empowerment and accountability.

Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Must have managed direct reports of no less than 8-10 people for long periods of time successfully.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $160,000 to $180,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
