Regeneron is looking for an Associate Director- Supply Operations. In this position you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our supply chain and manufacturing operations within the Global Supply Chain organization. Your responsibilities include the organization and oversight of order management and product dispositioning processes within the Regeneron manufacturing and supply network. This position requires a strategic leader with a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a consistent record in leading complex supply chain operations within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering operational excellence.

In this role a typical day may include:

  • Provide direction for the Supply Operations function and assure alignment between the various Supply Chain subgroups.
  • Negotiate and build long lasting partnerships with Supply Chain partners, both internal and external to the organization.
  • Maintain positive connections within the organization to ensure internal partner orders are evaluated and processed appropriately and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement executional strategies to optimize clinical order processing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to drive improvements to the order request process
  • Communicate to external and internal partners regarding availability and status updates of ordered products.
  • Work cross functionally to ensure timely disposition of all products.
  • Analyze supply chain processes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement tactical strategies to implement.

To be considered for an Associate Director you must have a bachelor’s degree in any of the physical or biological sciences, chemical engineering, or business, and 10 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical/biotech GMP production facility or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Clinical supply chain experience is highly desirable. Previous management experience is required.  Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

Level will be determined based on previous experience.

Salary Range (annually)

$145,600.00 - $237,600.00
