Reporting to the Sr. Director, Brand Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Strategic Brand Partnerships will play a crucial role in the Hourglass NYC flagship store programming while growing our brand and enhancing awareness through cross industry partnerships.
The primary focus of this role will be to oversee the successful opening and ongoing promotional activities for the Hourglass New York City flagship store. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing high value partnerships that advance key campaign and brand objectives.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Oversee all partnership programming at the Hourglass NYC flagship store (from February 2025)
- Create and manage Marketing calendar of events for the NYC flagship store
- Work with cross functional teams to activate NYC flagship in-store experiences through partnerships and programming
- Owning and leading the execution of partnership programming events and activations at NYC flagship store
- Templatize the flagship new store opening guidelines that can scale across International Markets
- Work alongside campaign leads to develop creative concepts that are amplified through strategic partnerships
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with high-profile brands, and organizations that align with Hourglass’ luxury positioning and long-term business goals
- Lead the identification of new business opportunities across various verticals, including fashion, lifestyle, technology, art and lifestyle.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration, success and alignment with brand values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities and ensure strong execution of agreements and campaigns
- Draft negotiation documents and contracts with potential partners while overseeing the contract process from inception to finalization collaborating with legal and finance to ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure that all partnerships align with key objectives, positioning strategy and campaign plan by collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure strong execution and integration across all Marketing channels
- Develop and track KPIs and success metrics for each partnership, monitoring performance and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Alongside senior leadership analyze results and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Campaign and/or Brand Marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful partnerships
- Strong understanding the luxury ecosystem, including trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape
- Successful negotiation, contract and deal making management
- Demonstrates ability to identify and establish successful relationships with a range of partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
