Position Overview
The Sr. Manager of Product Marketing & Communications will be responsible for copyrighting and editing internal and external communications for the business unit, drafting product go-to-market strategies, and leading strategic planning and tactical execution related to game launches. The Sr. Manager of Product Marketing & Communications will report to the Director of Marketing and ensure product marketing and communications are aligned on what problem the business solves and how to articulate its products and benefits to the target audience. This role supports the business unit and product function and closely aligns with the product owners and Senior Leadership Team.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication plans to support the business’s goals and objectives.

Manage internal and external communications and oversee the flow of information within the organization and to external stakeholders, ensuring consistency in voice across the org.

Content creation and editing: write, edit and proofread various communication materials, including sales enablement, sales decks, and other product marketing materials.

Leading and developing go-to-market plans that include sales enablement materials.

Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitors that will formulate a strategy to position our product and what makes it unique.

Align with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and the technology behind it.

Develop compelling marketing content and collateral that effectively communicates the overall business’s brand narrative and selling propositions of the product: Sales decks, Game sheets/overview, Product catalogs, Game brochures, Blogs, guides, and case studies for our target audience (business partners)

Partner with key stakeholders on key marketing solutions and activations for the product portfolio.

Manage photo sessions and video sessions at the product studio for customer facing media packs.

Oversee studio time, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts.

Drive the process in the organization, cataloging, and distribution of media assets post-session.

Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.

Minimum Requirements
-
At least 21 years of age.

Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing and/or Communications.

Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.

4+ years of product marketing experience in in the regulated gaming industry.

Tools: Wordpress CMS (or similar technology), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Office Suite, Salesforce or similar CRM tool.

Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.

Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.

Project management skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in analyzing relevant information and making informed decisions.

Demonstrated experience in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities across projects.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
