This role is pivotal in crafting long-term strategies for Manufacturing ERP systems management, Procurement Applications Management, and Technology Integration with Oracle EBS/Fusion MFG, Procurement Modules, Coupa, ensuring detailed global product availability. Where you come in:

  • As a Sr Manager for ERP Manufacturing, Procurement applications, you handle systems like Oracle EBS, Fusion Coupa that support Manufacturing-Cost Accounting, Direct Procurement and Indirect procurement areas.
  • You lead implementation and maintain applications to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
  • Integrate automation technologies to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor.
  • We work closely with business partners of Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Find opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and compliance
  • We handle projects related to manufacturing ERP operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
  • We provide strong leadership to the procurement, manufacturing and Finance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all collaborators, including staff, suppliers, and management.

What makes you successful:

  • High experience typically, at least 7 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and Procurement operations
  • Leadership Roles: Previous experience in managerial roles within a manufacturing setting
  • Hands-on experience in functional domains of Manufacturing and Procurement
  • Manufacturing: Process Improvement: Proven record to implement process improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing.
  • Procurement: Experience integrating Direct and Indirect Procurement Applications with ERP applications.
  • Audit Management: Experience in leading internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects related to logistics operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives
  • Team Leadership: Very strong leadership skills to guide and empower staff
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear guidelines and collaboration

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 13+ years of industry experience
  • 5-8 years of previous people management experience
