Location: Tampa, FL | Type: Full-Time | Travel: 10-20%

We’re seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy to drive critical business decisions. This role will partner with senior leaders, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on budgets, reforecasts, and analysis.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Support long-term strategy development with financial analysis for retail, cultivation, and manufacturing.
  • Develop and manage key business metrics through advanced modeling.
  • Influence and drive change by identifying opportunities for process and performance improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A or financial experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in retail, CPG, or cannabis industries is a plus.
