ABOUT THE ROLE

Empower is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand and Product Marketing to grow our brand. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact brand and product marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications to improve awareness and affinity, differentiate us from the competition, and generate word of mouth. The ideal candidate comes with a track record of flawless execution, exceptional cross-functional go-to-market leadership, and fearless creativity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and short-term/long-term business goals

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that effectively communicate and distinguish the positioning and value proposition of our cash and credit products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market campaigns

  • Oversee implementation and refinement of our brand voice and partner with the design team to activate the brand fully in market, ensuring consistency and breakthrough

  • Nurture and maintain editorial relationships to amplify the brand and position our products advantageously with target audiences and influencers

  • Set and actively track performance against KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and product marketing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS + SKILLS

  • BA required

  • 7+ years in brand marketing & product marketing for consumer tech brands

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for influencing and inspiring others

  • Meticulous attention to detail and consummate execution of ideas

  • Resourceful problem solving

  • Ability to balance deliberation with speed and agility
