Who You Are:

We are seeking a motivated leader with the ability to collaborate effectively and help move the business forward with clients. The Sr. Manager of Ad Operations will play a pivotal role in managing both agency-side campaign operations (focused on executing client campaigns) and publisher-side operations (focused on yield optimization and revenue growth). This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across platforms, demand partners, and clients.


What You’ll Do:

In this role you will manage a lean team and provide expert-level troubleshooting, QA, and rectification of technical discrepancies, ensuring operational excellence. You will support both Agency and Publisher client relationships and lead and train programmatic traders for optimized campaign execution.


Agency-Side Responsibilities:


>> Platform Management: Oversee and execute programmatic campaigns using DV360 and The Trade Desk

>> Client Operations: Develop strategies to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction

>> Sales Collaboration: Address client inquiries and identify solutions for products and services

>> Technical Support: Ensure accurate campaign reporting through troubleshooting, QA, and discrepancy resolution

>> Reporting: Deliver performance updates and insights to support client communication


Publisher-Side Responsibilities:


>> Test and Optimize Revenue Opportunities: Onboard new demand partners and conduct A/B testing on ad formats, releases, and placements to enhance performance and profitability

>> Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic partners; preference for candidates with established industry connections

>> Reporting and Automation: Streamline reporting workflows through automation, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with finance to ensure accuracy and alignment


What We’re Looking For:

>> A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

>> 4+ years of experience in ad operations working with clients 

>> 2+ years of experience leading or managing a team 

>> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

>> Demonstrate advanced proficiency and knowledge on platforms such as Xandr, PubMatic, and other relevant tools to optimize revenue and troubleshoot issues effectively

>> Experience with Python or databases (SQL, MongoDB)

>> Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other similar tools

>> Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Comfortable telling a story with data
