SR. IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER, DYNAMICS 365

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Systems Engineer, Dynamics 365 to lead transformative ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in D365 F&O, strong leadership in ERP implementation, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies. This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions, managing migrations, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality systems tailored to business needs. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Architect and implement solutions in D365 F&O, focusing on modules such as GL, AP, AR, WMS, FA, and PMA.
  • Lead ERP migrations from legacy systems (e.g., AS400) to D365 F&O, ensuring seamless integration and data governance.
  • Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Banks, ADP, WMS, TMS) using modern APIs and best practices.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components in D365 F&O using X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards, enabling advanced reporting and data visualization.
  • Perform Fit-Gap analyses and create BRD/FDD documentation, user stories, and test cases.
  • Drive POCs for emerging technologies, including AI models, data lakes, and PowerApps integrations.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec teams to ensure system compliance with IT governance frameworks and SOC certifications.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide training and post-go-live support to ensure successful ERP adoption. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics, information systems, or other engineering discipline and 5+ years of systems engineering experience; OR 8+ years of systems engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience deploying, customizing, and managing D365 solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Proficient in data migration, integration, and governance practices for ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, MSGraph API, and GitHub.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure technologies.
  • Experience managing complex ERP implementations for state, federal, or local government clients.
  • Expertise in security and compliance frameworks, including SOC I/II certifications.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:     
 
Pay Range:    

Sr. IT Systems Engineer: $135,000.00 - $180,000.00/per year     
         
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. 
     
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year. Exempt employees are eligible for 5 days of sick leave per year.
