The Sr. Business System Analyst, Oracle Cloud SCM will serve as the primary business and system analyst who is responsible for the planning, design, configuration, deployment including technical support of the ongoing transformation of business processes, systems, and applications in partnership with the Technical Operations business teams. This role will provide expertise in continually improving business processes and operations, increase efficiency and effectiveness in compliance with industry expectations and regulations through Oracle Cloud ERP and other technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the planning and primary lead in driving requirements development, design, configuration, and deployment of new applications,as well as release managementand enhancements to existing applications. 
  • Analyze business scenarios and identifies opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process design.
  • Creates end to end process models and visual depictions of system and data flows to facilitate requirements and design discussions;document configuration, application functionality and integration modifications needed to support business requirements; Collaborations with fellow IT colleagues to align, prepare, configure, and verify technical requirements of the application and create alignment and a robust post implementation support model.
  • Demonstrate Oracle Cloud SCM includingManufacturing experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, executingmaster and transaction data migration, developing test scripts including various use cases, functional / technical configuration, testing and user training. 
  • Lead team/workstream through navigating​complex problems that have a broad impact on the business and successfully drives solutions.​ 
  • Create Solutions Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) project deliverables including requirements specifications, design, configuration, and testing (including validation deliverables). 
  • Daily monitoring and troubleshoot/resolve data integration issues on the 20+ integrations. 
  • Work with software solution vendors to understand existing and future release functionality including execution of protocols, perform testing sequences and change controls. 
  • Provide day to day and scheduled application supportincluding user administration; respond to application support issues from multiple business customers. Cross train with other team members to mutually provide backfill support. (Including fielding incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues within servers, databases, and other mission-critical enterprise systems. Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.) 
  • Proactively stay abreast of technologies and digital trends within their service areas to deliver company's goals and evolving needs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS/BA in computer science, engineering, information technology or relevant field with 5+ years of IT business and system analyst experience; and/or 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years as a business analystin a regulated commercial or pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical systems field. 
  • Experience in implementing, enhancing, and supporting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and ERP/MRP (Oracle Fusion), integrationand Data Visualizationtools (Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI- preferred) 
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of direct implementation and Support experience in Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing Cloud and integration, interoperability with related systems. 
  • Experience partnering with business owners and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business processes and requirements into actionable user and functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in concert with the user community to actively manage product releases; IT change and configuration management, to optimize solutions through their lifecycle; Enhance solutions to ensure optimumutilization of resources and ensuring regulatory compliance; support system validation/testing (GxP, SOX, Privacy, etc.).
  • Proven ability to act as a technical expert and escalation pathway, solving complex problems, anticipating business challenges, designing, and implementing impactful initiatives. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to shifting project schedules, priorities, assignments; able to make effective decisions under pressure and successfully navigate in a dynamic, fast growing, fast paced team environment. 
  • Must be an agile/flexible collaborator with ability to influence at the senior leadership level. 
  • Highly proficient in written and oral communication skills
