This position is based at our facility in Mount Vernon, Texas. Our distribution centers are a space where safety meets efficiency, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, well-maintained work areas, and a culture that puts your wellbeing first. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead automation and robotics projects: Ideate, develop, manage, and execute multimillion-dollar improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain Distribution Network.
  • Apply continuous improvement methods: Establish objectives, drive strategic plans, track performance metrics, and measure business impact.
  • Provide technical leadership: Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously while offering expertise for larger-scale initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders while influencing key decision-makers.
  • Develop innovative solutions: Analyze data from existing distribution networks to improve operations, productivity, and safety.
  • Create financial justifications: Develop cost-benefit analyses and financial models to support project requirements and designs.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in industrial engineering and 3-5 Years of experience in retail distribution with an emphasis on a performance-based culture
  • 3-5 Years Experience in facility layout and project/capital justification
  • 3-5 Years Experience implementing automation and robotics technologies
  • 3-5 Years Experience with a warehouse management system
  • 3-5 Years Experience managing a cross-functional project from conception to implementation
  • 3-5 Years Proven experience managing multiple and competing priorities
  • 3-5 Years Experience in adapting and integrating new technology and automation in a complex supply chain environment
  • 3-5 Years Experience in driving new ideas and technology in a complex and dynamic supply chain setting


Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Master's Degree Industrial Engineering or related field and 1 year experience
