Our mission is to enable the business, and leverage human resources to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Our primary areas of strategic focus include talent acquisition, individual and organizational assessment and development, performance management, inclusion and engagement, and rewards. The global HR organization includes HR business partners, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee communications, and HR system operations.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Strategic Partnership
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies that enhance talents productivity and growth.
• Align HR initiatives with overall business objectives to drive organizational success.
Policy Development
• Research, create, and implement HR policies and technical solutions that support employee initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with both corporate standards and regional labor regulations.
Work Environment Enhancement
• Design and implement strategies to foster a thriving work environment.
• Promote employee engagement and support professional growth opportunities within the region.
Talent Management
• Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention for key roles within the region.
• Partner with leaders to develop succession planning strategies for critical positions.
Performance Management
• Advise leadership on performance reviews, employee development plans, and compensation strategies.
• Facilitate initiatives to maintain high-performance standards across the region.
Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management for conflict resolution and employee concerns.
• Ensure a fair and transparent approach to workplace challenges.
Change Management
• Drive HR initiatives to support business transformations, including organizational changes and growth.
• Provide coaching to leaders during periods of change to ensure smooth transitions.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP role at a senior level.
• Experience working in a multinational environment
Skills and Competencies
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to lead and execute HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local and international labor laws and HR compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and influence skills with a collaborative approach.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
