About the Role
As the Sr. GTM Systems Analyst, you will be a senior member of our Go-to-Market and Monetization organization, primarily focusing on leveraging systems to streamline processes, drive data-driven decision-making, and enhance our end-to-end strategy. You will play a critical role in optimizing multiple platforms like our CRM (Salesforce), Customer Success/Product experience software (Gainsight) Work Management and Productivity Software (Slack), Prospecting (Prospect.io, Linked Nav), Outreach, etc.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with go-to-market stakeholders to develop system improvements, enhancing functionality and efficiency across multiple platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
- Analyze current business processes, identifying opportunities to improve and streamline workflows. Drive operational efficiency by implementing industry best practices and designing processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team productivity and scale client interaction positively impacting CSAT
- Run data analysis on large datasets, extracting insights and presenting findings through Excel and PowerPoint in a clear and compelling way.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and partner with teams to implement changes effectively. Provide strategic input for leadership to reevaluate and implement changes in the customer experience, including vision and strategy, roles and responsibilities, rules of engagement, process flows, system and SFDC requirements, reporting, and tracking.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity and ensure best practices in systems management.
- Work closely with the Salesforce and Gainsight engineering teams to address complex system requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for advanced workflows and code-based customizations.
- Drive solutions across all tech platforms to create answers for complex business problems. Overarching tool experience to decipher needs from the business and translate them into actionable, scalable and system friendly solutions in partnership with ICs and Contractors.
- Drive conversations with external vendors to help maximize tool efficiency, increase value and implement newly released features.
- Develop training materials and documentation to ensure team members are well-versed in go-to-market processes and tools. Conduct training sessions as needed to onboard new team members. Drive cross-training initiatives to support a team of diverse knowledge and provide coverage when needed
- Take charge of managing and coordinating the execution of go-to-market OKRs. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables. Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership
- Ad hoc initiatives/projects as needed
What You’ll Bring

- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations or Systems based role.
- Adaptability to change and fast-paced dynamic environment
- Familiarity with organizational Sales and Customer Success models.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management and customer service skills.
- Exemplifies qualities needed to do “whatever it takes” including high level of accountability, acting like an owner, transparency, teamwork, collaboration and the importance of building relationships.
- Team player who is comfortable under pressure/changing environment and interested in contributing to the company's larger goal.

- Advanced technical/systems and business intelligence across SFDC, Gainsight, Slack, and other platforms to inform and maximize efficiencies
- Experience in translating business needs into technical acceptance criteria for team members to execute on (GTM, Marketing, etc.)
- Experienced in vendor relationships
- Admin and developer certifications and experience
- Experience working with data
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary Range*: $83,500- $110,900
*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Annual Bonus Target**: 10%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
