As our Sr. Global Payroll Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our payroll operations, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing across multiple countries. You'll help streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and make sure our amazing employees get paid correctly and on time. Your expertise in Workday and ADP will be a game-changer in keeping everything running seamlessly!
Responsibilities:
- Run the Show – Own end-to-end payroll processing for the US & Canada, with backup support for EMEA and India.
- Ensure Accuracy – Review and validate payroll files from ADP, ADP Celergo, and Workday to make sure every detail is spot on.
- Keep Things Smooth – Handle pre- and post-payroll activities, including data entry, time tracking, and audits.
- Analyze & Improve – Generate reports, identify trends, and find ways to make payroll even better.
- Year-End Superstar – Manage tax reporting, compliance reviews, and calendar planning.
- Be the Go-To Expert – Work closely with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve payroll inquiries and provide top-notch guidance.
- Stay Compliant – Support audits, maintain a solid audit trail, and ensure we're in line with all regulations.
- Level Up Payroll – Continuously improve processes, stay updated on best practices, and share your knowledge with the team!
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in ADP & Workday payroll systems – you know them like the back of your hand!
- Deep knowledge of US & Canadian payroll tax and wage laws – compliance is your superpower.
- Killer analytical and problem-solving skills – you love solving puzzles and making things better.
- Amazing communication skills – you can break down complex payroll topics like a pro.
- Self-starter mindset – you can juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy – proficiency in spreadsheets & databases is a must.
- Passion for customer service – you genuinely care about getting things right for employees.
- CPP Certification? Even better!
Location: Hybrid-Located in our Broomfield, CO Office
Salary Range$72,560.00 - $108,840.00
