Sr. Fullstack Java Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in both backend and frontend technologies, particularly with Java and Spring frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of secure coding practices and information security principles, as well as proficiency with cloud services, especially AWS. This role involves working within a collaborative environment to support development initiatives that align with best practices in software engineering.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Implement and support messaging systems, such as JMS and ActiveMQ/Kafka.
• Build and optimize frontend components using React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Work with web services and protocols, including SOAP and REST.
• Manage and query databases, including RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure robust cloud integration, primarily with AWS services.
• Apply secure coding practices and maintain compliance with information security standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, providing clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong command of Java, Spring frameworks, and frontend languages like JavaScript, React, Angular.
• Cloud Proficiency: Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Security Knowledge: Understanding of OWASP Top Ten, network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS), and secure coding practices.
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Proficiency in prioritization, decision-making, and troubleshooting complex systems.

Role-specific Requirements:

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and Sonar.
• Availability to work according to Phoenix office hours.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapting to various project needs and deadlines.
