Architecting a platform that delivers capabilities as self-service and driven for needs known and unknown provide this role an opportunity to reimagine middleware making it miracle-ware that services EdTech Software Providers (ISVs), System Integrators, Resellers, Consulting Services Partners, Strategic Partners, Departments/Ministries of Education, K12 School Districts, and Higher Education organizations, globally. With a priority on third party purchase and use, our platform must solve the most complex data challenges in Education empowering partners to serve their customer’s needs fast, simple, and with consistency. 

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on front-end web technologies and expertise in Blazor & ASP.NET Core (or MVC applications). You will be an integral part of our engineering team emphasizing clean code, robust design patterns, and scalable architecture for our web-based Education Intelligence Platform. You will play a key role in developing rich user experiences through the development of compelling web applications and web based analytic applications while guiding and mentoring junior team members. 

• Act as lead engineer for all web-based user experience including management tooling, customer portals, web applications, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers.
• Contribute to code reviews, share insights, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and Experience:

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on C#, ASP.NET or Blazor
• Implement and uphold clean coding practices to ensure maintainable, scalable, and robust solutions.
• Develop reusable, modular design patterns for team-wide adoption.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Robust knowledge of front-end frameworks or libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Masterful knowledge of front-end markup technologies, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git and YAML to automate builds and deployments.
• Contribute to unit testing and maintain a high standard of code coverage.
• Experience with database technologies, both relational (like PostgreSQL or MySQL), nonrelational (like Cosmos DB or MongoDB), or Azure Data Lake
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Nice to Have:

• 10+ years development experience.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Functions and APIM (API Management).
• Experience in building and/or working with design canvas toolkits for drag-and-drop experiences.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker for both Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices for inter-service communication, particularly in Azure microservices.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Terraform for managing and deploying infrastructure.
• Experience in Microservices architecture and domain-driven design patterns.
• Experience with modern design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
