Job Title: Sr. Full Stack Developer
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (located in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Dependent on experience
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. After-hours or weekend support may be needed from time to time for special projects. NO major holidays!
Position Description:
A healthcare facility is looking for a seasoned computer sciences graduate with academic experience in Full Stack Development in Python, Pandas, Requests, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well as building cloud-based solutions using Azure services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, participate in multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality applications that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new applications or features.
  • Maintain existing applications or features.
  • Develop both front-end and back-end application components using Python, HTML, CSS, HTMX and JavaScript.
  • Implement and maintain SQL databases.
  • Implement Azure cloud-based solutions.
  • Utilize Python, Pandas, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Web Framework packages for data manipulation and API integrations.
  • Handle database management tasks.
  • Work with authentication protocols, specifically OAuth 2.0.
  • Ensure secure application development practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.


General Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate all relevant IT events and issues with appropriate staff regularly and efficiently.
  • Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local travel is required, must have reliable transportation.
  • Other related duties as directed.


Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python for back-end development.
  • Proficiency in Pandas, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Web Framework packages.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for front-end development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, HTMX, and frameworks such as React or NextJS.
  • Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and database management.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols, such as OAuth 2.0.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.

First round interview with the IT Manager and Principal Software Developer.
