The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong frontend experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features, optimizing performance, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Frontend Development & Optimization

Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and a smooth, intuitive user experience.

Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

Optimize for speed, scalability, and performance.

Review code and provide technical feedback to team members.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership

Mentor and coach less experienced engineers on the team.

Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and key team meetings.

Write clear technical documentation.

Debug and resolve production issues.
Cross-functional Integration & Architecture

Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver user experiences aligned with business goals.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend development and explore new technologies.

Translate product requirements into actionable technical milestones.

Provide insights into product direction based on technical feasibility and performance.

Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term product success.
Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, building dynamic and responsive web applications.

Expert understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem, including React, TypeScript, and testing frameworks.

Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.

Proven experience optimizing web application performance.

Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.

Bonus points for experience with DataDog, server-side rendering, or CMS-driven applications.
