As a Senior Front end Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the UI Design System for Finalis' core products. You will design and implement well-architected, scalable, and secure UI Components to enable great experiences.

💬 Key Responsibilities
Design System Ownership

Lead the creation, evolution, and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency across all products.

Build and document a React component library that is scalable, reusable, and adaptable across multiple product surfaces.

Define usage guidelines and best practices for seamless collaboration between design and development teams.

Ensure components meet performance, accessibility, and usability benchmarks.
Front-End Standards

Develop complex, interactive user interfaces using React with a focus on component-driven architecture and maintainability.

Propose and implement state management solutions to support scalable front-end applications.

Promote high code quality through best practices and thorough review processes, ensuring clean and maintainable output.
Collaboration and Communication

Foster fluid communication between design, product, and engineering teams to bridge technical implementation with design intent.

Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to enhance the user experience, optimize the design system, and refine front-end processes.

Work closely with stakeholders to translate product strategies and user needs into practical, technical solutions.
💬Who are we looking for
You will be accountable for implementing the necessary changes to align interfaces with design standards and for maintaining and updating the Storybook to ensure consistency across components. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

You have a passion for UX and crafting visually stunning and engaging interfaces

(5+) years of experience as a UX/UI Frontend developer or in a similar position.

Proficiency in both design principles and front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks such as React or Next.js.

Solid expertise in Responsive Design, with a deep understanding of crafting adaptable layouts and experiences that function seamlessly across a wide range of devices, screen sizes, and resolutions.

Familiarity with Chakra UI or other component libraries.

Experience utilizing Storybook for developing, testing, and documenting UI components in an organized and scalable manner.

Experience developing and maintaining tailored design systems.

Knowledge in algorithms, design patterns, and modularization.
