Financial Planning and Management Reporting Consultant

We are looking for Financial Planning and Management Reporting Consultant to build together a safer future for Mexican families.
Purpose or mission of the Role:
Support in the day-to-day performance of Latin America (LatAm) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Transfer Pricing (TP) activities, and other teams in the organization to complete management reporting deliverables. Coordination of data sourcing, retrieval and aggregation of expense data through the Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Solution (EPBCS). Responsibility for the review of budget and staffing reports for the Latin America region.

Responsibilities And Attributions
- Ensure high quality data management, including regular data loading in and out of EPBCS and WorkForce Planning.
- Liaise with business functions and groups in Latin America as well as the Global Spend CoE to develop assumptions for budgeting, forecasting and PT.
- Communicate budgeting, PT and spend planning assumptions for use in developing budgets and forecasts.
- Review and analyze budgets submitted by national affiliates and corporate partners.
- Report on budgets, forecasts and PT allocations to regional country finance directors and appropriate country business and functional staff.
- Manage the development of product allocations for expenses as well as unit cost allocations (procurement, maintenance and overhead).
- Coordinate monthly expense forecasting process as well as annual budgeting and PT.
- Assist in future enhancements and projects to capture and report detailed financial data across the region.
- Manage the issue log, including future enhancements.
- Work closely with the global and regional finance teams to ensure that each country in the Latin America region has the necessary support to produce accurate and timely financial reports and plans.
Requirementes and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- More than 8 years of experience in accounting, reporting and budgeting, supervision and personnel management.
- Advanced Spanish and Advanced English.
- Office Suite Management.
