We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financials Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kyriba, Blackline, and High Radius applications, technology support concepts, application strategy road-mapping, vendor relationships, and finance / accounting. This role requires excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, and the ability to manage time and workload effectively and independently
How You Will Contribute

Own, manage, and operate Kyriba, Blackline, and High Radius. Develop world-class expertise in these applications.

Work with business partners to deliver increasing value and solutions in Kyriba, Blackline, and High Radius.

Ensure compliance with segregation of duty rules, auditing requests, and overall governance.

Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues as reported by business partners.

Perform integration mapping and monitoring of integration files.

Support the User Security Review process (ARA) to ensure appropriate access in these applications.

Effectively manage workload using ServiceNow (ITSM) and meeting SLA agreements.

Establish and maintain relationships with business partners as a trusted technical advisor.

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors

Develop KPIs to track and measure progress.

Foster a continuous improvement attitude and a growth mindset.

Act as a team leader as needed and train junior technical teammates.

Demonstrate a high degree of creativity and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Technology.

Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Receivables, Cash Forecasting, Treasury and Bank Reconciliations, or Account reconciliation/certification is required.

Minimum of 3 years experience supporting Kyriba or Blackline is preferred

Strong problem-solving skills for technology-related issues and complex business scenarios.

Strong understanding of requirements and estimation.

Team player with the ability and willingness to mentor junior teammates.

Passion for learning new technologies and enhancing existing skills.
