Job Description:
Datasite is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. If you are a Finance rockstar who loves Excel, diving into data and is passionate about technology, this is the role for you! The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for supporting Corporate Finance (Finance, Facilities, and Sourcing groups), financial close and reporting. Reporting directly to the Director, FP&A, this role will provide financial feedback and analytics for key functional leaders and Datasite leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monthly cost center reporting, variance analysis and commentary against budget, prior year and forecast
- Facilitate annual planning and monthly forecasts for corporate functional groups
- Assist with the quarterly balance sheet and cash flow forecasting process
- Partner globally with FP&A team to compile the monthly board reporting package
- Partner globally within FP&A team to assist the financial systems team with report creation, open forecasts and annual planning cycles, and system support
- Analyze vendor spend and partner with Accounting to support accruals and reclasses during month-end close
- Assist with the financial modeling of budgets and quarterly forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Perform ad hoc analysis for leadership decision making
- Identify and lead opportunities to drive process improvements
Qualifications:
Education
- 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and planning
- Experience in Adaptive Planning and Workday is a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP accounting rules and principles

- Ability to analyze financial data and effectively communicate with business partners

- Ability to go into the Minneapolis headquarter office 1-2 days a week
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
$81,700.00 - $137,900.00
